Splosht International Pty. Ltd. makes no express or implied warranties of fitness or merchantability or any other kind whatsoever, except that the product conforms to the specifications on the label. Splosht International Pty. Ltd. sole liability on the warranty is limited to Splosht International Pty Ltd. At its option replacing the defective product or returning the purchase price paid for the defective product. Under no circumstances shall Splosht International Pty Ltd be liable for incidental, consequential, or other damages. The buyer assumes all risks and liability resulting from the use of this product, whether used singularly or in combination with other goods. Splosht International Pty Ltd neither assumes, nor authorises any person to assume for it, any liability in connection with the sale or use of this product.
